Singapore, 5 December 2016 – Revel in the festivities with Rang Mahal Restaurants this year with
specially curated festive menus, lunch buffets and takeaway options perfect for this season’s year-end
gatherings.

Indulge and Feast at Rang Mahal

Over Christmas and New Year’s, Rang Mahal ups the ante with a festive lunch spread which includes
a full spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The spread also includes freshly made tableserved
items that are cooked a la minute. Along with seasonal specials, festive items to look out for
include Rang Mahal’s Tandoori Turkey and a decadent homemade Chocolate Log Cake.

Rang Mahal’s festive lunch buffet is available on Christmas Eve (24 December), Christmas Day (25
December), New Year’s Eve (31 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January) from 12 to 2.30pm.

Based on individual preferences, diners can choose from the festive lunch buffet with free flow of
juices, soft drinks and lassi at $68++ while the festive lunch buffet with free flow of house pour beer
and wine will cost $78++. For guests looking to celebrate in style, the festive lunch buffet with free
flow of Moet Chandon champagne will cost $108++.

buffet available at $58++ will not apply for these days.

Festive Takeaways

Owing to popular demand, Rang Mahal returns with its festive takeaway collection. Featuring its wellloved
classic tandoor-roasted turkey which comes in 2 options; with or without stuffing, each bird is
roasted to perfection. Each turkey with stuffing come with a generous filling of fragrant basmati rice,
dried fruits, quail eggs and tandoor roasted potatoes.

Rang Mahal’s Tandoor Roasted turkey with stuffing retails at $128+ per piece and at $108+ for the
turkey without stuffing.

Also available for purchase are Rang Mahal’s homemade Cinnamon cookies – buttery melt-in-themouth
cookies sprinkled with fresh cinnamon. Each gift pack comes with 24 cookies and retails at
$12+.

All festive goodies are available for purchase from the 19 December till the 1 January. Orders need to

Ring in the New Year with Table by Rang Mahal

On the 31st January, join Table by Rang Mahal for a night to remember. Begin the night with a
delectable 4 course menu where guests can choose from the non-vegetarian option featuring Lamb
Chop, Garlic Prawns and Chicken Basil Tikka or go for the vegetarian option that features a trio of
Portobello Mushrooms, Green Peas Tikka and Saffron Paneer Tikka.

The choices of main course for that night include Palak Corn; a creamy blend of baby spinach and
sweet corn kernels or Bengali Fish Masala; tender sea bass fish fillets cooked with mustard and
coconut milk. All mains come accompanied by sides of Gobi Matter; Cauliflower florets tossed with
young peas, ginger and fresh coriander, Dal Tadkewali; Yellow lentils tempered with onion, tomato
and cumin, Kashmiri Pulao; finest selection of Doon basmati rice studded with mixed nuts and saffron
and Freshly Baked Naan.

Guests also have the option of complementing the meal with a glass of house pour wine at a festive
price of $10++ per glass or at $50++ per bottle.

Guests who have dined with us can then adjourn to our roof top bar where they can usher in the New
Year. By topping up $32++, guests can partake in the countdown party from 9.30pm till 12.30am and
enjoy 1 glass of sparkling wine as a welcome drink, followed by free flow house pour beer, wine, soft
drinks and butler-passed canapes.
